Regardless of the nature of the content being taught, we make every effort to provide players and coaches with the reasoning behind every exercise, concept, and drill that we teach. We believe that it is essential that players develop the ability to understand and visualize the context in which they will use every skill that they learn; not only to make practice repetitions more game-like, but also to facilitate the mental and physical development necessary to produce game-ready skills.
